Terms & Conditions
Payment:
Domestic - 1% 10, Net 30 OAC
International - prepayment via wire transfer or credit card
Orders under $1000 paid by wire transfer are subject to $20 wire transfer
fee
Minimums:
Orders over 132 pieces must be in multiples of 66 (one tray) with a 66
unit shipment minimum. If an odd-lot shipment is necessary (less than
66 units) a $5.00 handling fee will be added.
Orders under 132 pieces are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.
Lead times:
Lead times may vary from stock to ten (10) weeks. We will work with you
to minimize long lead times.
Price:
Unit pricing will be based upon a single purchase order with units to
be
delivered within a 12 month period from receipt of Purchase Order.
Reschedule:
No reschedules within ninety (90) days of a scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation: No cancellations within one hundred and twenty (120) days
of a scheduled
delivery date. Cancellations may be subject to a fee based upon the actual
number of accepted units.
Freight:
Prices are FOB San Diego, CA or Tampa, FL and do not include shipping
costs or applicable taxes/duties. Duties/VAT are the responsibility of
the recipient. There is a $5.00 handling fee on all orders under $500.00.
